"The Batman will have a noir mood," says director Matt Reeves

Fans eager for The Batman are paying attention to every promotional interview on Planet of the Apes: The War. The reason? Both films share director Matt Reeves - who is always always being asked about the solo adventure of Batman. For the New Trailer Buzz, this time the film starring Ben Affleck is still in the early stages of development, but may have a very different style: "There are chances of producing a film almost noir, focused on the detective side The goal is to follow your point of view in a very powerful way, to connect the viewer with your mind and your heart. " "One of the reasons I was drawn to this project is that I had an obsession with Batman as a young man, just as I did with Planet of the Apes. I see an emotional parallel between César (Andy Serkis) and Batman, for they were both tortured and yet try to do the right thing in an imperfect and corrupt world. " The Batman will have the return of Jeremy Irons as Alfred, while J.K. Simmons will live with Commissioner Gordon. Joe Manganiello is confirmed as the villain Terminator and there are rumors that Josh Gad will play the Penguin. Production begins in 2018, but prior to that, Ben Affeck's Bruce Wayne has hit the big screen in November with the Justice League. Already Planet of the Apes: The War opens the 3rd of August.
