Double of Game of Thrones will star in new film by Brian De Palma

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Carice van Houten do not have much of a chance to find themselves in Game of Thrones, but now the duo will finally be able to practice chemistry: both will be the protagonists of Domino, Brian De Palma's new film. Interpreters by Jaime Lannister and Melisandre in the popular HBO series will take on the roles of two European investigators who will need to do whatever it takes to unravel the murder of a fellow police officer. The first version of the cast, which already had Coster-Waldau, still had Christina Hendricks (Mad Men). However, she was eventually replaced by Van Houten. The newcomer said in an official statement that it is an honor to be able to work with such an iconic director as De Palma. It is worth remembering that this is the return of the filmmaker to the chair of management, since the suspense will be his first work after Passion, forgotten film of 2012 starring Rachel McAdams and Noomi Rapace. Domino, written by Petter Skavlan, will address the issue of terrorist attacks that have been plaguing European territory in recent years as part of its main plot. Filming has already begun and the international thriller must go through countries like Belgium, Spain, Denmark and Holland. Domino has yet to debut.
