Remember From The Bottom Of The Sea? Suspense starring large, fast, clever and fierce sharks, Saffron Burrows, Samuel L. Jackson, Thomas Jane, LL Cool J, Stellan Skarsgård and Michael Rapaport were cast in theaters in November 1999. Almost two decades later , A sequence is in production. According to the Moviehole, The Bottom of the Sea 2 is directed by Darin Scott and Michael Beach as the cast's highest cast. Filming is taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, and the feature film will be released directly on North American TV, on the Syfy channel (the Sharknado house). The plot follows the experiments of Dr. Klaus Van Etten with head sharks. Logically at some point things go wrong, animals escape and humans panic - and they die. Ten years ago Warner's video division thought of producing a sequel directed by Jack Perez (Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus), but the project went no further. According to him the plot would involve a laboratory ship - full of modified sharks, with coupled weapons - kidnapped by pirates of Somalia.
